How to recover seats of wicker bar stools with permanently attached cushions?
These are the wicker bar stools made for the outdoor use. The cushions are made of weather resistant fabric seats and cushions are permanently attached to the back of the chair. I would like to recover this outer fabric to the inside of the fabric to match my kitchen decor. I need ideas on how this can be done without the ability to remove the cushions.
