Are they definitely making a Wicked movie?
Does anyone have any FACTS about the Wicked movie? I have looked on IMDb, and they have little information other than rumors. If you know anything about the cast, production, or script, please post it here! Thanks! =) I’m sooo excited for a Wicked movie! I hope they cast Chenzel!
Although this is word of mouth, I attended the Emerald Curtain Tour; one person there asked whether or not it was true that Wicked would become a movie. The tour guide answered “Yes, Wicked will most certainly be a movie, though not for many many more years.” They are waiting for a good time to release one, around the time the musical’s popularity declines.
I’m sorry to say, they are most likely not casting the OBC. It will be possibly a decade before they start the movie and by that time, the cast will be too old.
