If you want used, try amazon because people near you may have posted some for pick-up. Also, look in the classifieds for garage sales that include furniture and look on craigslist and kijiji.com for what you want. Finally, if you find wicker furniture in the wrong color, it does take paint very well and it wouldn’t be hard to spray paint it white.
