what is better for baby to feed – fisher price swing or high chair?
My daughter is 8 months old. Right now i put her in a swing and feed(solid: cereal, mash fruits, vegetables and stuff). Do I need/required a high chair for her? What if i feed her in a swing for next 18 months? Is it a better idea? She is sitting well (if i make her sit, not sitting by herself yet). Until what age can baby sit in swing and high chair please reply.
I’d personally go with a high chair. The swing might have a weight limit and your daughter will more than likely go over the weight limit before she gets to 18 months. Also, as children learn to walk, they will start to wander off when your feeding, in which case it won’t be practical to feed her in the swing.
Swing weight limits tend to be 25lb. My daughter is 15 months and weighs 28lb 8oz.
I wouldn’t be without my high chair.
