30 ft tree behind 3 Story Brick Home. Droppings damage metal porch -Would removing tree reduce property value?
We have a 30 ft evergreen behind which clears our 3 Story attached Brick Home by a few feet. Falling ‘pines’, dead branches, and bird droppings damage the metal porch –Considering the cost, would removing the tree be worthwhile economically? Would losing an attractive shade producing tree reduce or add to our property value?
I would remove it and replace it with something that wasn’t so invasive!! Perhaps a crabapple..those are beautiful and provide a little bit of shade..enough to enjoy.
Im pretty sure it would increase the property value of the home if your removing the eye sore..you never know..the neighbors might appreciate the new view.
