furniture outdoor wicker
Does anyone know what type of paint to use on outdoor wicker furniture??
I have some wicker furniture that has faded from the sun and age. I want to paint it but wondered if there is certain paint to use and what I do to prepare the wicker to make the paint last??
DO NOT USE OIL-BASED paint outside. Use a latex acrylic. This is 2008 people.
Look for the “outdoor furniture paint” available, it’s actually a plastic coating that will “flex” and stand up to the elements.
If you don’t use a quality products outdoors your wasting your time.
Another alternative SW Duration….$40 a gallon~
And remember, keeping the surface clean will prolong all outdoor finishes….
