How do you repair a tear in heavy duty tarp that contains water?
I have a 44mm tarp(black) that is used as a holding cage for fish, someone vandalized it with a knife and now there is a 12″ rip. How can I seal/patch it? What are good adhesives, etc. Thank YOu
